These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and BL Roofing Solutions ('we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of our roofing services and website.

We provide professional roofing services including but not limited to:

• Roof Repairs
• Roof Restoration
• Roof Maintenance
• Roof Replacement
• Roof Painting
• Metal Roofing
• Commercial Roofing
• Commercial Roof Repairs
• Commercial Roof Maintenance
• Roof Inspections
• On-Site Assessments

All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We understand that circumstances may change. Our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No charge
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 25% of quoted price may be charged
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service: 50% of quoted price may be charged
• No-shows: 50% of quoted price will be charged

If we need to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time at no additional cost.

While we take every precaution to prevent damage to property, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage or conditions
• Damage to unmarked plumbing, electrical wiring, or concealed pipes
• Weather-related issues during or after service completion
• Concealed structural issues discovered after work begins
• Environmental factors beyond our control
• Changes to property conditions after assessment
• Issues related to the age and condition of existing roofing materials or structures that were not visible during inspection
• Implementation of recommendations by third parties

We maintain strict compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations. Our team reserves the right to:

• Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
• Require clear access to work areas
• Implement safety zones around renovation areas
• Refuse work that compromises safety standards
• Postpone work due to unforeseen structural issues
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

All our work comes with:

• 7-year workmanship warranty as specified in your quote
• Compliance with Australian Building Standards and Codes
• Licensed and qualified roof plumbers performing all work (Licence #350277C)

Please note that we cannot guarantee:

• Roofing materials affected by pre-existing conditions
• Issues arising from client-supplied materials
• Water damage from improper roof maintenance after our service is completed
• Damage caused by extreme weather events beyond normal weather conditions
